I wanted to give a special shout out to Nikon NPS for sponsoring us on a recent talk at the Mystic Seminars for a conference in Portland, OR.
We had what I would say was the “Best Time Ever” and it was only because Nikon believed in us as speakers and educators that it happened. Also, a special Shout-out to Mike Corrado, Nikon NPS, who has become a very special friend and part of our family as Nikon people often become. It is truly like a family working with Nikon and I am thrilled to be apart of it. The cameras of course are not so bad either!

#MysticSeminars 2016 by Hedley Jones
Something wonderful happens when you put 350 like minded creative people in the same room for four days….That was Mystic Seminars 2016.
This was Cherie and my first time at Mystic!
We met and talked and hung out with more photographers than we have ever done at any one time. What a rush!
We were on stage with 20 amazing photographers showing our work to 350 fellow photographers who are all already outstanding artist.
Cherie and I feel blessed to be a part of this community. Artists with no attitude, sharing ideas about their craft, we felt like family at Mystic. This seminar was very intimate, a great environment, and an opportunity for learning.
The trade show was also well represented with many new products on display for the first time, including two new #NikonUSA products, the new #NikonD5 and #NikonD500. There were two new stunning arrivals for 2016. We would like to thank #NikonNPS for sponsoring Cherie and I with our #BoudoirCafe presentation for the first time at Mystic.
Another part of Mystic that made it so special was the venue.
#Portland, #Oregon is a very charming city and we both fell in love with it, great architecture and lots of good restaurants and I really got into the beer and even the rain, we need some of that here in Southern California.
We would also like to thank Walter and his lovely wife Angela and all the people involved for inviting us into this community called #mysticseminars2016.
