My fiancee and I decided on doing something "funky" and unique with our engagement shoot. So collaboratively, we shot near L.A.'s Arts District where there are a wealth of beautiful, mural-like graffiti walls throughout the neighborhood. It made for an inexhaustible amount of cool, hip and "natural" backdrops that allowed for fun and creative poses! We also managed to squeeze in some indoor studio time at the famous Jesus Wall nearby (which we highly recommend and has a very reasonable hourly rate) to "change it up" with some sexy, playful and romantic setups. Suffice it to say, we laughed and played so much--especially when Cherie and Hedley would jump into some of the shots with us--that the most difficult thing for us to do would be selecting photos for printing. We posted some on our social networking sites for friends and family and the responses we were got were tremendous! On to our wedding.

I have done boudior photos with numerous photographers but Cherie turned me into a center fold and my husband's fantasy girl. ( He uses one of MY photos as his screen saver on his iphone). It was by pure luck that I found Cherie when I googled boudoir photos. She was the best "google" find I have EVER had. Most boudoir experiences i have had were quick and not very creative. Cherie and her husband Hedley made me feel extremely comfortable and sexy. They had amazing sets, lighting and were both taking pictures at the same time with numerous cameras. I felt like a super model! I had such a wonderful time with them that I thought if I have a few good photos it would be an added bonus. Their work was so amazing I was able to create a "museum quality" portfolio of photos for my husband's birthday. Cherie creatively assisted me to present my husband with a very elegant black portfolio of sexy photos with "Happy Birthday, Baby. Your Fantasy Girl" engraved IN FRENCH on the first photo. I was so proud of the present that I presented to my husband on his birthday which we celebrated at Chateau Eze in the south of France.I not only consider Cherie one of the most amazing photographers I have ever worked with but I also consider she and Hedley as friends. I will be using Cheriefoto at two family events this summer and I am so excited for the amazing photos we will get to share as a family.
I had the pleasure of booking a talented team of professionals whom not only met but exceeded my expectations! After corresponding via email, I scheduled to meet with Cherie while on a trip to L.A. I felt real good about our meeting and knew I had found the perfect artist to meet my needs. What at first started as a few costume changes developed into a full day shoot and video production. It was so much fun and quite amazing! I thank Cherie and Hedley for their amazing artistic vision and for helping me realize this in such short notice as well! From start to finish this was a wonderful experience, it flowed seamlessly, and the results were perfection. I look forward to working together again in the future.
The experience with Cherie and Hedley was fantastic from the first contact to final proofs. Their photography is a work of art and it is a privilege to be photographed by them as a team. Cherie worked out the details of the shoot with us in a very responsive manner. The preparation suggestions start more than a month ahead of the shoot. We send a few pictures to her of myself as well as poses that we would like to replicate. She suggested specific lingerie that would look good on me which we purchased and loved. On the day of the shoot, my makeup and hair were done at my hotel and then we went to the studio. It was fabulous and Cherie and Hedley made us feel right at home. They were able to take multiple angles at the same time and I had several outfits with multiple props. They send all of the original pics and we selected the best set of 40 to retouch. It was hard to narrow it down to these! Absolutely loved the works of art that they created just for my husband and me.
I recently got married and my wife totally surprised me with some phenomenal photos of her, in let's say a more revealing light! This was the last thing I ever expected from her, but man am I glad she went to see Cherie and Hedley on the recommendation of one of our friends (I got the backstory after the gift). Now my wife is not the most comfortable in front of a camera, family outings and vacation pics make that abundantly clear. I don't know what kind of magic Cherie and Hedley pulled out but she not only looks amazing but appears to be having fun posing as well! This is such a unique gift... just for me... and one that I will cherish and appreciate my entire life!!! Any significant other looking to give an unconventional gift that will be sure to dazzle should go see Cherie and Hedley!

Cherie and Hedley have done all kinds of photos for me and my family. When we have a special occasion or need some work head shots or nature shots they are the first people we call! They are so much fun to work with and can even make your dogs feel at ease. The family portrait they did for us (see below) gets compliments from everyone who sees it in our house. (I have a colorized version in my office.) No matter what type of photography style you're looking for, Cherie and Hedley will deliver beyond your dreams. They are honestly the only photographers I will work with now. It's an EVENT to do a shoot with them. Once they helped with extra camera angles for a video shoot and we shot part of this video in their studio. Turned out to be the best part of the video and we threw away everything shot outside. Other photographers are just plain old school in comparison to Cheriefoto. They always have just the right creative touch to make your pictures amazing.
Two of the most creative, open-minded talents in Los Angeles, Cherie and Hedley have shot me several times over the course of almost 4 years, and given the choice I will go nowhere else!
